Customer's reviews

We use them to take care of an overflowing grease trap we had. When I got back to the restaurant, there was a piece of marble that they had broken that was sitting on the picnic table so at first, I was very upset, but I called their office and they immediately took care of their mistake, and offered me great customer service. They were also out within a couple of hours after I called them to the emergency overflow even though they accidentally broke a piece of stone. I highly recommend this company because they take responsibility for their job. ~ Anthony
This is the second time we've needed our septic pumped out, and there was no hesitation, AJ Liquid Waste Haulers was who we turned to. They did the work before, and we were so pleased with it then, that we called them again. Just like before, they were quick and wonderful. My five year old had questions, and Gerry was superb and so patient with all of the questions, including mine. ;) Gerry was right on time, and walked me through everything, making sure I had no questions before he left. AJ Liquid Waste Haulers is so professional, and pleasant, that when we need a pump out again, they are who we'll use. ~ Hillary J
Definitely will be using AJ liquid waste haulers again! I'd give 10 starts if I could. I had a septic emergency and after calling 5+ places they were the only ones who could actually come out and help! The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and answered every question I had! The driver came out and was polite, respectful, and on time! Over all a great experience! I can't thank you guys enough! ~ Blayne M
